ACCOMMODATIONS
SPECIALIZED ACCOMMODATIONS WITH YOUR DOG IN MIND
We are a free run environment. If your dog is social, they will have play time until grooming begins. Dogs are not crated, until they have been bathed. Once bathed they are crated for safety, while they wait to be groomed. Once your dog is ready we will give you a call. You may come and pick up your dog at your convince, anytime before close. Dogs that are enjoying themselves are often left to interact with the other dogs longer, before their bath. If you need to have your dog back to you quickly, please let us know at the time of appointment booking, so that we may accommodate you. We find that allowing the dog time for play, breaks, time to hang out with us and bond with their groomer makes the whole experience enjoyable for the dogs. Please do not be worried if your dogs has a long spa day. Those who do not seem to enjoy the experience, become a priority over those who are playing and enjoying the company of other dogs. Enjoy your day while your dog is with us!! Get things done, do some shopping, go to the spa!!
