Suggested uses:
- When making the transition to raw pet food.
- Senior pets with concerns regarding absorption, constipation or bowel regularity.
- Puppies and young adults with concerns regarding keeping “weight on”
- Pets with digestive conditions including; colitis, gastritis, pancreatitis, etc.
This supplement can help to regulate the bowels resulting in more firm consistent stools, reduce stool odours and provide maximum absorption of nutrients. Can be offered to pets on all food diets including; raw, dry foods, dehydrated, freeze-dried and/or canned foods.
Application
Mix dose into 1/4 of pet’s usual food serving; follow with the rest of food serving to ensure pet will ingest full dose. This is because this supplement contains Flax Seed (Linseed Meal) which coats the digestive enzymes and probiotics. To ensure the dose gets to the hind-gut where it is most effective, we suggest mixing the dose into 1/4 of your pet’s usual food serving. Then follow with the remaining food portion to enthis is our recommended suggestion for best results.
Dosage
10-50 lbs pets should receive 1/2 to 1 scoop (2-4g) daily
Pets that are larger than 50 lbs should receive 1 to 2 scoops (4-8g) daily.
This supplement is not intended for long-term use, just like all digestive enzyme supplements. The ideal feeding recommendation is to offer for a period of 2 – 4 weeks with food, or until you have finished the entire container. At this point there should be enough flora in your pet’s digestive system to be effective. Some pet’s need continual support (especially senior pets, or pets with Colitis, Pancreatitis or Gastrointestinal Conditions) in these situations it can be fed regularly as part of their daily meal rations.
